wel my family gets wicked crazy for the hoiladay season. but we have these carolers that my parents have had for like 20+ years and we have like 20 of them…..
My Living Room:
we have chirstmas blankets and pillows on the coaches. on the coffee table we have a christmas cloth with some chirstmas magizines, colroing books and games. on our 2 side table we have christmas smelled candles and pictures of previous christmas’. we have 2 dogs so we have a few doggie toys on the floor and doggie treat bags.
My Dining Room: my dining room is an amazing site for chirstmas. we have our traditonal carolors on our hutch, along with some gingerbread houses that sing, snow globes, and singing snowmen. we have this lil chirstmas tree on the hutch also. the hutch is coverd with fake snow. on the fire place we use garlend, and my parents have a HUGE picture of me, my brother, and my sister above the fireplace. we have our stockings hanging off the fireplace. for our dining room table and chairs we have a nice plate,cup,bowl,fork,spoon,knife set from Pottery Barn. we have christmas seat cushions for the chairs.
My Kitchen: we have christmas plates,bowls and cups in the cubords and we ALWAYS have christmas candy bowls on the countertops. we have a christmas scented candle in the middle of our granite countertop. my kitchen is huge so we have of course, a kitchen table. we put up christmas plates,bowls, and cups on the table. and of course we have our christmas cushions on our stools and chairs.
outside: we have a TON of christmas lights everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the other day i went int poundland and they had a smallish fuschia hot pink christmas tree, i love it!

get some kids (children, neices&nephews, friends kids?) to make some paper snowflakes and hang them from the ceiling all over your house, i love that!!:)
my favourite tree decoration is the one from when i was a baby.
i put green and red lights around the fire place,
and obv stockings hanging from there

My fresh pine tree. They start selling them in December though ! Lots of red furniture is already in my house, by the way.
ye well… my favorite decoration is the classic real christmas tree!! Whats great about it is you can do whatever you want with it!!! I let my kids each choose a different colour every year, so we end up with 4 colours, we then buy decorations in each one of those colours and completely Cover the house in it. It looks great with all th colours contrasting…try it!!!

Put candles all over your house. Decorate your Christmas tree more modern than traditional. Hang red and green crepe paper streamers. Buy those snowflake stickers/gels for your windows. Have Christmas music playing everyday!!

Christmas Tree is my favorite. Every year it has different themes, colors of ornaments and some stuffs.
As for your new idea why don’t you put stuffed toys (miniature if you want) in your christmas tree instead of balls or common ornaments.
The REAL Christmas tree! There’s no way I’d ever get a fake, it just doesn’t feel the same.
I love wrapping tinsel around the staircase bannister.

I love setting up our Christmas Nativity scene. The angels, shepherds, wise men, St. Joseph, Our Lady tenderly gazing upon her Divine Infant in the manger.
